Shipping Information
Henge Docks orders typically ship within two to five business days from the time the order is placed, pending product availability and credit card verification. Please keep that in mind when placing an order as the shipping window quoted at checkout is for the transit time only. Henge Docks does not guarantee any quoted shipping window provided by the carrier and once the order is handed off to the carrier we are not able to make any changes to the shipping method, shipping address, or items in an order. Any concerns regarding transit delays with your order should be taken up directly with the carrier. 

Our US and Global sites ship from our warehouse in northern California and our EU site ships from our warehouse in London, UK. We encourage you to check carrier websites to determine which shipping method is best for you. If you place an order to ship to San Francisco, California, for example, FedEx Ground and FedEx 2Day will take the same amount of time and the former is significantly less expensive.

Shipping Timelines
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM PST will begin processing same day, pending product availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing the following business day, pending product availability and credit card verification. Henge Docks does not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays so orders placed after 11 AM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please also note that Henge Docks does not partially fulfill orders. If one or more items on your order are not in stock, the entire order will be held. Please keep that in mind to determine if you will need to place more than one order.

Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to sender, a refund will be processed once that has arrived back at our warehouse. Please note that shipping is non-refundable when shipping occurs. Unlike a physical item, like a Henge Docks docking station, Shipping is a service. Once the service has been rendered, a refund will not be possible. 

Cancellation Request 
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please submit your request by 10:30 AM PST Monday through Friday by following the link below. Due to the speed at which most orders are processed and shipped, as well as the timezone differences between our warehouses outside of the US, cancellations are processed on a best effort basis and we do not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the request. Please note that if the order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, please refuse the package upon delivery and contact us when you have done so. If the package is delivered, please follow the return instructions 

To cancel an order that has not shipped, please click the Contact Us button at the bottom of any support article and submit your request to our Support Team. Select “Cancellation Request” from the drop-down and fill out the rest of the form completely with your Henge Docks order number and your full name. Please follow the above guidelines to ensure your request is received and processed in a timely manner. Submitting a cancellation 

Request for Changes to Order
Henge Docks can update the shipping address in most instances as long as the order has not yet shipped. No other order modifications are possible so please be certain your order is correct prior to submitting payment.
