Our current line up of custom-fit docking stations allow as many displays as the MacBook can natively support. The only exception to that would be the Stone Tethered Docking Station which is not a custom-fit docking station and supports a single display only.
A docking station would never allow you to connect more displays than your MacBook is capable of outputting to. As of the writing of this article, that is between one and four displays depending on the specific MacBook.
