If you are having any issues connecting to your devices via Stone please ensure the following:

  • You are using the USB-C cable that came with the docking station to connect your MacBook and that you are connecting to the correct port (per image above)
  • You are connecting your display to the mini DisplayPort connection via a mini DisplayPort cable or adapter
  • You are not attempting to connect a Thunderbolt display or peripheral through the docking station
  • The power supply is fully connected to both the dock and the power lead (the cable that connects the PSU to the wall outlet) and that the wall outlet is known to be in working order
    • The easiest way to check this is by connecting a USB-A device or your computer to the dock and verifying it is charging
