If you are having any issues connecting to your devices via STONE Pro please ensure the following:

  • You are using the Thunderbolt 3 cable that came with the docking station to connect your MacBook Pro and that you are connecting to the correct port (see image above)
  • The computer you are connecting is compatible with Thunderbolt 3 technology (Devices such as the 12-inch MacBook are not compatible with Thunderbolt devices)
  • You are connecting your display (or displays) to either the DisplayPort or the Thunderbolt 3 port that does not have a computer badge above it (see image above)
  • The power supply is fully connected to both the dock and the power lead (the cable that connects the PSU to the wall outlet) and that the wall outlet is known to be in working order
    • The easiest way to check this is by connecting a USB-A device, or your computer, to the dock and verifying it is charging
